Irene May Henry Roderick Cox papers, 1908-2005.

A small group of letters, vital records, and a biographical profile by Glenda Brock Simmons are included in the collection which consists primarily of photographs in a scrapbook taken around the time of Cox's first marriage in 1919 showing well dressed family members and scenes from road trips around the country. Also included is a beautifully descriptive letter from a friend serving in France during World War I and before-and-after pictures of landmarks in Mineola illustrating the destruction of a storm in 1908. Loose snapshots document Cox on the road in West Texas demonstrating Westinghouse products during the Depression.
